Term and Conditions
You can return the product you purchased from the HEY FEYB online store within 14 days, free of charge, along with your invoice and delivery note.
Only HEY FEYB products that are unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged are eligible for returns. Returns of products that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes or packaging.
The original invoice and all copies you have must be sent along with the product you wish to return. Returns for products without an invoice are not accepted.
For product returns with a corporate sales invoice, a return invoice must be issued to us. Products without a return invoice cannot be processed.


Period
After logging in, you can request a refund by selecting the relevant order on the "My Account > My Orders" page. Alternatively, you can email your return request to info@heyfeyb.com.

For free return shipping, you must send your order through our contracted cargo company, in accordance with the information provided by the system after you create your return request.
For shipments other than our contracted cargo company, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer, and shipments paid by the buyer are not accepted.

Free Pickup from Address
After creating your request, you can contact our contracted cargo company and schedule a home pickup for your preferred date and time.


Free Delivery to Cargo Branch
After your request, you can deliver the return package to any branch of our contracted cargo companies free of charge.

After we receive your product, if no definite malfunction or damage is detected due to reasons such as usage error after our inspection, the status of your return or exchange request will be notified to your account.

For approved returns, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days following the return approval. This period begins when we receive your returned product. When your return request is approved, you will be notified by email. If, upon review by our authorized personnel, your return request is rejected, the reason for the return will be stated, and the returned product(s) will be returned to the delivery address you provided.

The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
Any price differences that may arise in the change request will be made through the system.
