SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is free on all orders.
Your products in stock will be delivered to cargo within 1–3 business days on average.
For pre-ordered products, this delivery time varies depending on the model, but is approximately 2–3 weeks. Click for more information.
Shipments cannot be made on public holidays.

RETURNS
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. You can send the product, along with your invoice and delivery note, to us free of charge via our contracted courier company. Only new, unworn, and undamaged HEY FEYB products are eligible for returns.
